She was reduced from whopping 100 kgs to her current weight of 57kgs. Pilates for an hour and weight training thrice a week with fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwalla was the secret behind her amazing weight loss. She also used to do some swimming and jogging and eat every two hours to increase the metabolic rate.
