Tips for Feminine Poise, Grace and Loveliness

Every woman inevitably grows OLDER dove, however many women maintain their feminine poise and grace - as well as their loveliness - even in their golden years.

Your decisions and actions today, will determine if you end up growing old gracefully and serenely - or end up stiff, shrewish and shriveled!

Of course, ‘luck’ and destiny may play a role in determining your future, and in how poised, graceful and lovely you’ll be when you’ve finally grown old. However, the major factor are the GOALS you’ve set for yourself today. And your determination to accomplish what you’ve set out to become.

Every woman should ask herself;

What kind of woman do I want to be?

What do I want most to happen in my life?

Besides a fulfilling job or career, most of us want love and marriage, raising our own family, and being mistress of our very own home. Furthermore, most of us want to attract and keep the attention of a man. And if we want to attract his attention, we need to poised, graceful and LOVELY!

We should also be SEXY. When it comes to women, there's the ‘sexual sexy’ and the ‘classy sexy,’ and the latter type of sexiness is the most seductive and desirable to men - in particular, to the better types of men.

You don’t have to look prim or ordinary when you’re exuding sexuality either, but you should never look CHEAP (a poised and graceful woman is never cheap!)

A woman's sexiness should be a SUBTLE invitation with unreachable undertones, a charming mystery, so even though a man may be mesmerized, he’ll want to pursue her and get to know her better, as a person.

A woman who’s ‘classy sexy’ is invariably;

Subtle and indirect.

Respectful and modest.

Poised and graceful.

Enticing and enchanting!

And not overtly in the physical way, but as a whole person.

The first step in attaining feminine poise, grace and loveliness, (even in your twilight years,) is to nourish your skin with a diet that contains plenty of 'skin foods.'

The proteins found in the human body, and specifically in the human skin, are collagen and elastin. They’re also the components that keep the skin firm and flexible, so a deficiency in any of these proteins will eventually result in aging, sagging skin.

In addition dove, if you want to keep your skin supple, smooth and healthy, you should apply creams and lotions to it daily. Pure coconut, almond oil or olive oil is WONDERFUL for the skin. And Sophia Loren has always used olive oil as a moisturizer, and has amazing skin for her age.

Here's an excellent resource to become a beautiful and attractive woman; The Art of Beautification for Seductresses

A woman should look at feminine beauty in a HOLISTIC way, and combine a healthy diet, exercise and a good skin regimen in maintaining her beauty. Furthermore, meditation and an inner serenity will help a woman be poised, graceful and lovely - internally and externally.

Being VISUAL, men initially look at a woman's physical aspects. Although, not all men are alike in this regard, each man generally has his own physical 'type,' and likes something in particular, regarding the beauty of women....

In addition, each man is different when it comes to the type of woman he's attracted to, and what he personally considers to be lovely.

Some examples of men's physical types are;

'Fiery' redheads.

The 'librarian girl in glasses,' or the 'thinking man's woman'- who's smart, subtle and sophisticated.

Exotic looking women - the 'Sades,' the 'Imans' and the 'Kimora Lee Simmons' of this world - with their amazing cheekbones and gorgeous chocolate/caramel skin.

Big breasted women - such as Salma Hayek, Nigella Lawson and
Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Women with long beautiful legs - such as Cameron Diaz, Elle Macpherson and Maria Sharapova.

A woman with dainty ankles and feet - such as Eva Longoria, Chreryl Cole and Kourtney Kardashian.

Women with rounded derrieres - such as Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Beyonce Knowles.

A woman with a pair of large, soulful eyes - such as Audrey Tautou, Christina Ricci and the late Audrey Hepburn.

Basically, every man is attracted to a DIFFERENT type of woman. Therefore, we shouldn't despair over not fitting the bill, and we'll surely find SOMEONE who'll appreciate and recognize us for OUR own beauty - not the face and/or figure of something else.

Nevertheless, every woman should strive to make herself PRETTY, feminine and lovely, as outward beauty is always noticed first by a man.

Admittedly, there are men who are quirky in their tastes regarding the female form, some wanting excessively overweight girls. However, the standard for female beauty is SLIM (yet curvy,) and not fat. Moreover, healthy women are generally slim, and it's surmised, have healthier genes and babies.

The right sized body - for your particular bone structure - is a sure way to get, and stay, HEALTHY. A healthy body is attractive when you're feeding it with the right amount of nutrients - nourishing your skin, your eyes, your hair, and helping you to achieve the ideal stance and poise.

We gain our FIRST impressions of people from the way they sit, stand and walk - as well as from their gestures and facial expressions. First impressions are so important for a woman dove, because negative first impressions can have a disconcerting habit of sticking.

To become poised, graceful and lovely as women, we need to be acquainted with ourselves, and have some IDEA of the kind of impressions we’re giving to others. And there’s only one way in which we can find out, friends.

However, it could be useless asking your friends what kind of impressions you give to them, and possibly to others, as they probably wouldn’t be comfortable in telling you the truth. Moreover, so few women are capable of bearing the whole truth about themselves!

Therefore, our only hope for improvement lies in a MIRROR - and an open mind :-)

Some feminine poise and grace exercises;

Place a mirror (a long one if possible,) directly across the room, opposite the door.

Put a chair within the reflection (but not directly between the mirror and the door.)

Use your imagination (to surmise how others see you, ) and imagine you’re now welcoming a friend, someone you’re very fond of and who you haven’t seen for some time. Picture that she's standing near the mirror, so as you cross the room to welcome her, you’re directly reflected in it.

Go open the door (your hands may be extended in a cordial welcome, your face glowing with happiness and surprise,) and you greet your friend. Invite her to be seated, and seat yourself in the chair you’ve previously placed there.

Now, keep your eyes on the mirror while you imagining and acting out these things, and carefully watch four points;

1. Your walk.
2. Your arm gestures.
3. The expression of your face.
4. The way you sit.

**Before you can accurately judge the result of your trial practice, you must set a standard from which to judge. Begin with the WALK, and for feminine poise and grace, it's vitally important to carry your weight on the balls of your feet.

If this is done properly, the heel and toe of the extended foot will strike the ground at the same instant, not (as is almost invariably the case with 'unfinished' women,) heel first.

When walking as a poised and graceful woman, the leg should swing free from the hips, and as the extended foot touches the ground, the heel of the other foot should rise, throwing the weight forward onto the toe (preparatory to carrying it forward for the next step.)

Furthermore dove, both of your heels should never be on the ground at the SAME time, even for a fraction of a second.

The extended toe should always be pointed downward. And if your weight is properly placed, your chest will be carried well forward - so that if you should walk up to a wall - your chest would strike it first.

*Tip; another secret for feminine poise and grace when walking, is to keep the chest up and the toes DOWN.

In addition, there's a correct method of SITTING. The main thing here is to avoid the ungainly 'doubling up' movement that you see some women do, before being able to sit down.

This is quite needless, as well as ungraceful. Furthermore, the back, from the hips to the head, should always remain strait and erect.

If you happen to find yourself ‘addicted’ to an unbecoming sitting habit, start practicing daily the poised and graceful way of sitting. Here's the exercise;

Stand in front of your chair, and let the back of the right leg lightly touch the frame, keeping your weight well on the ball of the right foot (even here it’s important that your weight is correctly placed :-))

Place the toe of the left foot under the chair, and as you sit down, your weight should gradually be transferred from the right foot to the left.

**In sitting down, there shouldn't be the slightest bend of the body forward, and the left foot must support your weight strongly enough in order that you don’t just FLOP into the chair. instead, gracefully sink into position.

Once you experience the comfort of perfect poise and grace - in sitting, standing and walking - you’ll never allow yourself to slide back into those old ungraceful ways!

As for a welcoming gesture, this can be an individual thing. However, the gesture should be one of welcome, so that the whole movement of the body is forward.

Your arms will be slightly flexed at the elbows, your palms will be more or less upward, slightly facing each other, and about the width of the body apart.

If your welcoming gesture is stiff and awkward, or lacking in warmth and feeling, the following exercises will help to soften your elbows, loosen your wrists, and lend to every movement the CHARM that comes only from a a sense of freedom and spontaneity.

A good exercise to prepare for welcoming people in a poised and graceful manner, is to place the backs of your hands together, fingers pointed downward, in front of and close to your body (approximately at waist level.)

Bring your hands straight up in front of you - until they’re straight above your head as far as they'll go without stiffening the elbows.

Allow your hands to gradually come apart so that at the highest point, only the tips of the fingers are touching.

Make sure that you don’t bend backward from the shoulders dove, as you raise your hands. Instead, your chest should come forward ever so slightly. Furthermore, you should draw your arms apart, out at the sides, and then turn your hands over so that your palms face downward.

Let your arms sink down to your sides, returning to the original position. With your hands back to back, in front of the waist-line.

This movement will have made a complete circle, and may be repeated a number of times in succession to give you a better control of your arm movements. At no time in cultivating feminine poise and grace should your elbows be stiff. See too, that they’re always slightly flexed.

The next exercise is to extend your arms in front of your body, with your hands hanging limply from the wrists, and about a foot away from each other.

Raise your arms, allowing the wrists lead, and keep the chest well forward - until they’re straight above the head. Then, allow your hands, still limp, to fall back, so that your palms face upward, and bring your arms down in front, to their original position.

In this movement, don’t let your elbows spread apart as you bring your arms down. Keep them well toward each other, otherwise the exercise will be of no value. Moreover, make certain that your chest comes forward and that your hands are limp.

I’ve found this tendency of women bending backward quite common, and the effects negative enough to warrant some special attention.

In addition, nature won’t indefinitely provide muscular strength when it’s not properly utilized. These habits actually force an unnatural strain on one set of muscles - to the exclusion of the muscles that need to be properly used.

If you want to be a poised and graceful woman, and don't want to adopt the incorrect posture, test how your muscles operate. The next time you’re doing your hair, notice the strain on your abdominal muscles, and in the small of your back. Then try standing in the correct manner - with your chest well forward, and your back and head erect.

After doing these exercises, you’ll immediately feel a sense of feminine poise, strength and repose, free from any sort of strain. That should convince you, far more than I could do, of the discomfort you’ve perhaps been unconsciously causing yourself.

I also want to bring up the subject of facial expressions. What was your verdict in this respect when you were doing the mirror exercise? Did you discover yourself to have an indifferent or unresponsive facial expression?

If so lovely, there’s one way you can redeem yourself from the dull and uninteresting mass of women whose eyes and faces seem to be SHUTTERS, rather than beautiful windows of the soul. That is, write down a list of emotions that you’d like to portray - such as serenity, hope, joy, contentment and surprise.

This exercise will also help your imagination to write a little 'story' involving such feelings - and arrange them on your list in a sequence - followed with your story ;-)

Facial Expression Exercise;

Stand in front of your mirror and try to let your face tell a story (think how much an actress needs to portray with her facial expressions!) Moreover, don't get discouraged if you find that at first, the emotions and expressions of serenity, hope, joy, surprise and contentment seem one and the same.

Just keep persisting with this exercise, and in time you’ll find that the thought of any emotion will call up a corresponding and pleasing expression in your EYES.

Gradually, your face too will become a sensitive and expressive reflection of your thoughts and emotions. And will lend to your voice and conversation a vitality and charm that’s the very essence of a feminine, seductive and LOVELY woman’s personality.

One word of warning however; in cultivating feminine poise and grace, don’t try to cultivate a SET expression to suggest any particular emotion. It's essential to attempt to feel an emotion, and then wait for it to flow into your face. And each time, as you feel your face warming and changing to the expression of the emotion, you can pour more and more feeling into it.

Successfully done, each thought that comes to you will fill your whole face and countenance with a RADIANT and lovely responsiveness. Giving you a feminine charm and magnetism that’s much more preferred than the ‘doll-like’ prettiness of perfect but empty facial features.

Poise and grace even extends to the way that we react towards men, and women are supposed to be chased and pursued by men, as nature intended :-)

Look at the birds and the bees cupcake, and see how they perform their courtship rituals! A male may preen himself for the female, go out of his way to please her, offer her the best nest, and show how well he can provide for a brood.

The female then gets to pick the showiest and the most ABLE male. And that's the way that nature intended the species to be. Nature prevails in love too. Although, the competition is as stiff with the males as is it with the females.

Furthermore, in the realm of courtship and dating, every woman should be self-composed, a little reserved and POISED - not going against nature and doing the chasing! Moreover, feminine and lovely women are nice.

In cultivating feminine poise, grace and loveliness, why not start spending a bit more time on yourself cupcake? You could;

Find a meditation or dance class, such as ballet or Oriental dance, that specializes in developing poise and grace.

Create more order and harmony in your environment - let all your things have their places - and let each part of your business have its time.

Don't be disturbed by, or 'sweat' the small stuff - accidents and little mishaps are common and unavoidable.

Do everything in moderation and avoid extremes.

Exercise temperance, controlling your behavior so that it's always reasonable. Have that coolness and clearness of head that's so necessary for becoming a poised and graceful woman.

Practice silence and dignity - especially avoid prattling and punning when it's unacceptable to the company.

Buy some elegant clothes and accessories - that bring out the best in you.

Becoming poised and graceful also UPLIFTS you in men's eyes. Pretty soon, you'll notice how the quality men are flocking to you. And all it will take is a coy smile from you, and they'll be putty in your hands!

Much love,

Feminine, Seductive and Glamorous Actresses to Inspire Femininity, Seductiveness and Glamor

Young girls in their formative years are very idealistic. Most young girls get their inspiration from popular feminine and glamorous movie stars and celebrities. They emulate their looks, the way they dress, walk and conduct themselves.

However cupcake, this emulation isn't exclusive to young girls, as many women find the need for inspiring FEMININITY, seductiveness and glamor. This is why they too like to glean tips and tricks from watching movies with such women starring in them.

There are lots of female heroines in old Hollywood movies and films - such as Deborah Kerr ('The King and I,' 1956,) Kim Novak ('Vertigo,' 1958,) Joan Fontaine ('Letter from an Unknown Woman,' 1948,) Greta Garbo in ('Queen Christina,' 1933) and Margaux Hemingway in 'Lipstick' (1976.)

However, to be really inspired by the most feminine, seductive and glamorous actresses, women often look for wonderful old Hollywood movies and BOMBSHELLS for inspiration - such as Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, Jane Mansfield and Marilyn Monroe.

Sadly, Elizabeth Taylor passed away recently, but she's one of the most beautiful feminine and seductive faces to grace our screens screen in a very long time. Her distinctive violet eyes set her apart from the other beauties of her time, and she was known for her glamorous lifestyle.

Elizabeth Taylor played as 'Velvet Brown' in the movie 'National Velvet' in 1944.) Velvet Brown showed the strong will of an twelve adorable year old girl, and disguising herself as a male jockey, riding her horse and winning the race. Her other movies are 'Butterfield 8' (1960,) and 'Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf' (1966.)

Elizabeth Taylor's roles can be considered as thought provoking roles for any feminine viewer. In the minds of many, her most famous and seductive role was playing the Egyptian queen Cleopatra in the movie 'Cleopatra' in 1963. And she played the world's most feminine and seductive woman with ease. Who wouldn’t want to be Cleopatra for a day, dove?

In addition, who wouldn't want to be a real princess - or have the poise and refinement of a real PRINCESS! Grace Kelly was a renowned Oscar winning actress who retired from acting at age of 26 - to be the fully-fledged Princess of Monaco. And became 'Her Serene Highness.'

Grace Kelly was a fashion icon for women during her time, as well as a most feminine, serene and gracious woman (just as a REAL princess should be.) Moreover, Princess Grace became a real-life example for girls and is still remembered for her platinum beauty, her regal style and her ultimate femininity.

Another fashion icon of the 1950s and 1960s is actress Audrey Hepburn - who passed away in 1993. Her role in 'Breakfast at Tiffany’s' made her the benchmark of feminine glamor and elegance. Moreover, the Hepburn image is chic, clean cut and feminine in a gamine sort of way.

Magazines still feature Audrey Hepburn when they talk of the classy and timeless look, and her style has endured, even after her death. Audrey Hepburn can be compared to Jane Fonda and Marilyn Monroe as a key woman of beauty, femininity and style in the movie industry of the twentieth century.

Modern women also identify with Audrey Hepburn when it comes to the idea of feminine charm, grace and poise, and in the 1950s, Audrey epitomized the modern woman who has an attitude that's a bit different from the attitudes of more traditional women.

However, in the 1980s, as time swiftly passed by, Audrey Hepburn seemed to become even more charming, graceful, and poised - and more subdued somehow.

When she debuted in Roman Holiday (1953,) she appeared to be such a natural. Moreover, the slim black Capri trousers associated with her, and her flat ballet-style pumps were not considered to be 'appropriate' wear for women during her time. But Audrey continued to wear them for ease of movement, and she ultimately became a trend-setter for women of that era.

In addition, Audrey Hepburn was girly and womanly (she did try and emphasize her curves,) and wore black jerseys with a sexy deep V back.

She starred in 'Sabrina' in 1954, in 'Funny Face' in 1957, and in 'My Fair Lady' where she portrays feminine Cinderella-like roles. Other powerful Hepburn performances were 'The Unforgiven' in 1959, 'The Nun’s Story' in 1959, 'The Children’s Hour' in 1961 and 'Wait Until Dark' in 1967.

In contrast to Audrey Hepburn’s gamine beauty - feminine curves, voluptuousness and bombshell style and glamor produced a NEW type of woman - the Hollywood bombshell. Seductive bombshells such as Jane Mansfield and Marilyn Monroe became all the rage.

For men, and for women, Marilyn Monroe was considered to be the most womanly movie star, the ultimate sex symbol and a Hollywood goddess.

Furthermore, Marilyn Monroe was certainly a very girly and feminine woman, and starred in light comedies such as 'How to Marry a Millionaire' and 'There’s No Business like Show Business. And her films 'Gentlemen Prefer Blonds' and 'The Seven Year Itch' are evocative of the more traditional masculine men-feminine women relationships.

In 1959, Marilyn starred in 'Some Like It Hot,' playing a singer who hopes to marry a millionaire. However, Marilyn Monroe became quite controversial in 1953 when she became the first nude centerfold of 'Playboy' Magazine. She exuded sensuality and sex appeal, which is evident in most of her movies.

Her nude Playboy centerfold shocked so many people, and to avoid judging her, we can at least say that she had guts to such a thing well ahead of her time.

Anyhow dove, i do hope you enjoyed my article; 'Feminine, Seductive and Glamorous Actresses to Inspire Femininity, Seductiveness and Glamor.'

How Seductive Women Use Their Femininity to Receive Male Admiration

Ahhh femininity! For me it conjures up pleasant images of womanliness and muliebrity - and a woman’s ability to give a man pleasure, as well as wondrous sensations.

What does it conjure up for you dove?

Seductive women know that suggestions of softness and tantalizing curves ENHANCE a woman’s femininity, as does the feminine way she walks.

A feminine way of walking is to walk like this
Seductive Women; The Way they Walk
and to walk with small steps, never with big steps.

To get an idea of the feminine way of walking, watch the way Gabby Solis walks in the show ‘Desperate Housewives.’ She certainly knows how to use her femininity and feminine charms. And a feminine woman not only walks with small steps, but with relatively strait legs and gently swaying hips.

This is the way that seductive women walk - as it draws a man’s attention to the lower back, the derrière and the legs.

The differences between a masculine body and a feminine body are obvious; you only have to look at the muscular formation of the male body in contrast with the soft curves of a female body (a difference that usually delights a man and makes him want to touch and explore it!)

Always be playing up the CONTRASTS between yourself and a man.

Even scientists agree that the female body is DISTINCT from a man’s. Moreover, the breast-waist-hip ratio of a woman’s body is a measure of attractiveness for many cultures around the world. Not only that, but seductive women naturally have more body fat than men do, which gives them their soft lovely curves.

Always remember dove, curves are very feminine and seductive and luscious. So cherish your curvaceous body, and celebrate being a WOMAN.

Most of us are exposed, on an almost daily basis, to the most seductive women in the entertainment industry. We can watch them on the various beauty, fashion and lifestyle shows and read about them in the magazines. However, we certainly don’t want to be obsessing over these women or eating our hearts out in envy, do we?

What we DO want to be doing is looking deeply within ourselves, and discovering and refining our own feminine sides. Like other seductive women, we can find our rightful places in the world of femininity - with our heads held high.

Try to remember a time when you felt especially pretty, feminine and undeniably LOVELY. How did you feel about yourself? Did someone compliment you on your looks that day?

Furthermore, how did you do your makeup? What hairstyle did you have?
What were you wearing?

Were you wearing perfume? I certainly hope so *wink*

Try to remember what the conditions within and around you were. You’ll need to remember this particular time so you can determine what brings on feelings of femininity and seductiveness - feelings that feminine and seductive women experience OFTEN.

If you can REPLICATE those conditions, you’re well on your way to cultivating and maintaining a permanently seductive and feminine image!

Furthermore, aim to feel like a feminine and seductive woman. It’s OK to be cute and girlish and flirty, but if you’re a mature woman, it’s better to be womanly and seductive (but still flirty ;-))

There’s a world of difference between girlish chatter and a fascinating conversation based on your knowledge and experience.
Like I've mentioned previously, men love and appreciate feminine and seductive women of SUBSTANCE.

They'll also love and appreciate you if you fit this bill - and are still acting your well-maintained age.
Here's an example of a seductive older woman reveling in her VERY well-maintained age;

This is a recent picture of Christie Brinkley - at age 57 (loving the dress by the way.) What a FABULOUS example for us all to follow, and she's still an up-town girl and proving to us all that a woman can be sexy and fetching at just about any age.

It’s good for every woman, no matter what her age, to sit down and ask herself the question; "Am I a complete woman?" In other words, are you a feminine and seductive woman of substance?

We’re too apt to take ourselves for granted and to be not quite willing to admit the unpleasant truth of our own shortcomings. Yet, the process of finding out what feminine qualities we’re lacking need not be as daunting or as disagreeable as we may imagine.

Doing so will only free us up for getting to work on cultivating and refining our femininity and seductiveness - sooner, rather than later. And with determination and persistence, we can overcome almost any defect.

If you don’t have the ultra-slim body of a catwalk model, don’t despair, you can still be feminine and seductive and you won’t have to starve yourself in the process! Furthermore, every woman’s body has its cute and attractive features, especially a CURVY woman’s body.

Most feminine and seductive women are on the curvy side - and take care of themselves by exercising a little bit each day and monitoring what they eat. They also drink lots of water to get that healthy and glowing look - which is a lot more attractive to men than that edgy, ‘skin and bones’ look that some women choose to have.

In addition, feminine and seductive women are poised, elegant and graceful at all times. They dress appropriately for the occasion, as well as for the WEATHER.

It never pays to be freezing and shivering like a chihuahua - just because you feel that your new Rebecca Davies dress will make more of an impression on a man than a WARMER winter dress.

If you MUST wear a sexy dress on a date, besides making sure that you’re not revealing too much skin and keeping it classy, consider being driven directly to the establishment, as well as check beforehand what the temperature inside will be.

You should also think carefully about the shoes you'll wear - especially if you have to walk in wet conditions from the car to the front door.

As a feminine and seductive woman, you don’t want to be slipping on the pavement and losing your feminine grace and composure, do you dove?

This rule of dressing appropriately for the occasion, and for the weather, is also true if the weather’s too hot to wear your furs (hopefully not animal fur.)
It’s so unladylike for perspiration to show on your 'divine ensemble' *giggle*

It’s always a pleasure for a man to witness an attractive and feminine woman’s gestures and movements, even when she’s eating. Seductive women usually love their food, but popping a morsel of food into your mouth daintily, as well as biting on it seductively, is imperative.

In addition, putting food into your mouth using a fork or spoon can be done in a cute and feminine way, and it’s important to be that way in everything that you do (especially if the man of your dreams is sharing the table right there in front of you.)

To use your femininity to receive male admiration, always be a lady. Be ever conscious of putting your BEST foot forward - daintily of course (perhaps for that romantic waltz.) Furthermore, be sure to use your best ‘dainty mouth’ as well - to gain a man’s respect.

Femininity, as well as feminine grace is an asset of the world’s most seductive women. It’s should be cultivated and refined, and then used like a NET to capture our counterparts, and the objects of our longing (those wonderful, lovable paradigms of masculinity.)

I do hope you enjoyed my article; 'How Seductive Women Use Their Femininity to Receive Male Admiration.' See you soon cupcake!

Seductive Women; The Way they Walk

Hello dove. Today I want to talk about seductive women and the way they walk. May I ask you a question? How many women do you know who have nice figures, but they don't know how to USE those figures.

When they walk, for instance. And did you ever see a goddess walking like a camel? I have, galumping along!

Then there’s the shufflers. The girls who duck their heads forward when they walk. And the ones who, in an effort to keep their stomachs in, stick their behinds out way too much.

Seductive women, walk TALL, with a little springiness and flare.
A seductive woman points her toes straight ahead. She doesn't spread her feet at an angle with one toe pointing east and the other west. She controls her knees and she doesn't let them sag.

When seductive women walk, they put one foot in front of the other, striding from the HIPS. This gives a woman that "swivel hip," swaying sexy walk.

Marlene Dietrich's
seductive walk on the screen gave us an example of a queenly carriage, of poise. Even if you're a pint-sized lady, you can still have a seductive, as well as poised and stately walk (and make every inch of your tiny figure talk!)

However dove, a weak back can RUIN your posture and give you a sloppy and anti-seductive walk. So here's an exercise to strengthen your back;

Lie on the floor on your back. Stretch you arms up above your head, with the backs of the hands touching the floor. Raise yourself up to a sitting position, but as you do this, keep your heels on the floor and your knees stiff.

Continue to bend forward and try to touch
your forehead to your knees. At the same time, stretch for all you're worth. And then try to touch your toes with your finger tips.

Now, get yourself back again to the first position, but this time, as you do so, lift your legs and carry them up over your head until they're touching the floor beyond your head. Keep the knees stiff, and use your arms to balance yourself.

In other words, roll backward along your spine. You should now have almost the entire weight of your body resting on the top of your back. Be sure to go over far enough so that you lift your buttocks and the hips off the floor.

Come forward and continue to roll back and forth in this manner for at least ten times.

Did you ever try this for balance and
smoothness in walking cupcake? No? Well, try it! Furthermore, put a couple of books on your head and walk back and forth across the room. Take a tip from those lovely African girls.

In addition, if your figure needs limbering up a bit, try to bring the fingertips of both hands down to a point six inches behind the left heel.

Then, stand up and bend down in same manner to right side. Ten times each side. To strengthen your back, lie on floor, arms stretched overhead. First rise to sitting position and try to touch toes. Then lift the legs and carry them overhead to touch the floor.

African girls practically carry the whole house on their heads and think nothing of it. Their backs are straight and how smoothly and stately they walk!

Start concentrating more on the way you walk, aim for a fluid stride and try to consciously correct whatever faults you may have. Furthermore, how do you look when you run dove? When you're hot-footing it after a bus or a cab, do you run on your toes? Or do you run on the flats of your feet?

Seductive women run on their TOES.

In addition, seductive women often have a
"dancer's walk." Such a walk is smooth, flowing, balanced. It has vitality and sensuality. And dancing is, surely, the finest training in the world for becoming a feminine and sensual and seductive woman in the way you move.

Take up some form of dance training. Even if it's pole-dancing! Watch the way an experienced pole-dancer, burlesque or belly-dancer moves. Notice the even flow of motion and the smooth, sensual and seductive way she handles her body. Notice the sex appeal!

By the way dove, certain male connoisseurs can tell just how sexual are just by paying attention to how you walk - and how much you'd shake the Richter scale *wink*

From now on, I want you to think of the way you handle your body and walk - every time you're about to go on a date or make an entrance. To a party, a club.... Moreover, don't let self-consciousness ever scare you into creeping across the room as if you were trying to sink down into the floor.

Seductive women are not afraid of looking conspicuous.

In fact, I'd be cheering you on if you did look conspicuous - for feminine grace and beauty! And I don't care if you're short or tall, or a few pounds over-weight for that matter, just so long as you're using your figure to its BEST advantage!

Start taking note of how some of the seductive women on screen handle
their figures in all kinds of scenarios. Think of them, next time you put on a cocktail dress.

Always remember lovely, that people who don't know
